The grapes are picked by hand since early September, in very steep vineyards

Fermentation in stainless steel containers and laying on the yeasts before bottling

When young, enjoy its intense nose and its strong minerality unique features of its terroir. After cellaring, its crispy acidity will help it to age beautifully
