Purpose of processing and legal basis

Use of e-commerce

The site has a section reserved for the online purchase of the Winery’s products.

If you place an order through the site, personal data necessary to process the order and handle payment (e.g., personal details, contact information, shipping address, payment method) will be processed. The terms and conditions of sale are available at the following link

The legal basis is the contract concluded with the Winery. Personal data are retained for the ten years following the purchase made (expiration of the ordinary ten-year term provided by Article 2946 of the Civil Code for contractual liability).

Section of the site reserved for members of the Winery (Webconf)

In the restricted section of the website, available exclusively to members of the Cantina, each registered user can find data on his or her cadastre and contribution invoices, as well as the campaign notebook. Your personal data will be used to enable you to register for the restricted section and to be able to provide you with the related services offered by the Winery.

The legal basis is the execution of your request. Personal data will be processed until the end of the social relationship established with the cooperative.

Response to requests made through the site

We will process your data to fulfill your requests made by writing to the e-mail address available on the Site.

Application management

Browsing data will be processed by the Owner for:

  • technological maintenance of the site;
  • data analysis to identify usage trends or determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, evaluate and improve the services and products offered;
