2)data related to your educational, professional, as well as those related to your skills (also as a result of psycho-aptitude interviews)

We process your personal data for purposes related to the selection and evaluation of personnel or to propose job offers consistent with your professional profile.

4. On what basis do we process your data?

Given that all processing purposes are related to the possible establishment of the employment relationship, the legal basis is the adoption of pre-contractual measures.

5. How will we process your data?

Processing will be carried out through the use of manual and automated systems and only by individuals authorized under the law to perform these tasks.
Appropriate measures will also be employed in the processing to ensure the confidentiality of the data and to prevent access to it by unauthorized third parties.

The data collected will be kept for a period not exceeding one year from the conclusion of the selection process or the submission of the resume.

Who will have access to your data? Your data may be made accessible for the purposes listed above:

• to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as persons in charge and/or internal data processors and/or system administrators;
• to third-party companies or other entities (professional firms, consultants) that perform outsourcing activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data processors.

All data collected and processed may be disclosed, exclusively for the purposes specified above, to providers of consulting services related to personnel selection.
Personal data are not subject to dissemination.

The performance of the activity takes place on the European territory and will not be transferred to non-EU countries.

The Data Controller has the obligation to respond to your requests to know how and why your data is processed; to correct incorrect data, supplement incomplete data, and update data that is no longer accurate; if requested by you, to delete data and restrict processing; to provide you in a commonly used, readable electronic format with personal data concerning you or to transmit it to another Data Controller designated by you.
