4. Why do we process your data and on what basis? PURPOSE and LEGAL BASIS.

4.1 ROTALIANA EXCELLENCE WINE CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Personal data will be processed for membership in the Rotaliana Excellence Wine Club (issuance of membership card, preview presentation of new vintages of our wines, priority access to our events, the application of discounts on purchases made at our wine shop). Legal basis for processing: your request.

4.2 RESPONSE TO REQUESTS, BOOKING OF EVENTS AND WINERY VISITS

Personal data will be processed to respond to requests for information, manage room reservations, organize events and winery visits. Legal basis for processing: contractual.

4.3 SENDING OF ADVERTISING/PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL.

Personal data will be processed to send advertising and/or promotional communications of products and events organized by the winery or in which the winery will participate. Legal basis for processing: if you have already purchased from us or attended one of our events, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the owner to send information and marketing communications about its products. In case you are not our customer, the legal basis is your explicit consent. In either case, you may at any time request that we stop sending you communications by exercising the relevant option contained in each communication or by contacting the owner at one of the contact details in section 1.

5. How we process your

data? Your data will be stored on both paper and computer media and will be processed with the help of electronic tools. It should be noted that appropriate measures will be employed to ensure the confidentiality of the data and prevent access to it by unauthorized third parties. Whatsapp may also be used for the communications and requests mentioned in point 4, depending on the user’s choice.

6. How long will we keep your data?

In the case of membership in the Rotaliana Excellence Wine Club, your personal data will be processed until your membership is revoked. In the case of the purpose 4.2, personal data will be processed only for the purpose of processing the request or managing the reservation. In the case of the purpose 4.3, the processing will last until the request to stop sending communications.

7. To whom we will communicate

your data? The processed data will not be disseminated, much less given to third parties, nor shared. Data processing will be carried out by personnel directly employed by the Data Controller and/or by natural or legal persons specifically identified by the latter as data processors or persons in charge of processing.
