It is a prestigious farmstead, located in a wonderful hollow on the hill of Faedo at an altitude of 600 metres.

Maso Cadino Alto covers an area of 100 hectares; here the De Salvador family, owner of the farmstead and a partner in the winery, cultivates twelve hectares of noble vineyards whose extraordinary white grapes (Chardonnay and Müller) gain in fragrance and vigour of taste, thanks to the steep temperature drop at night characteristic of high hills. Furthermore, these grapes are also specifically suited to the production of top quality sparkling wines.
