Thamè Rosato

Description

We have created this brilliantly and enticingly coloured wine for your everyday enjoyment at the table or in the afternoons with friends.
Fermented in small oak barrels, it is obtained from the rosé vinification of Lagrein and Teroldego grapes. Excellent with risotto, grilled vegetables and cold meats. Serve at 8-10°C.

Soil:

Nicely fertile, light, shallow soil with good drainage, supported by a properly multilayered skeleton of pebbles, gravel and sand

Vinification and ageing:

The must is obtained partly by direct pressing and partly with the pumping over process (alzata di cappello technique). Fermentation occurs proportionally in oak wood vats and in small new wood barrels, always with the wine lying on its yeasts for 5 months

Refining:

2 months in bottles before being placed on the market
